1. Return Policy
At Tinymetalwheels, we do not accept returns for most products, including cases where the item is defective, unless it is clearly determined that the defect was not caused during transit.

Eligible Returns: Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged in a way that is not caused during transit. To qualify for a return or refund, you must provide proof that the product was defective when received, rather than damaged during shipping.

Non-Returnable Products: All products, once purchased, are non-returnable unless deemed defective and not caused by shipping.

2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item and can provide evidence that the issue was present before shipping, we will issue a full refund or a replacement (subject to stock availability).

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to [5-10 business days] to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.(Refund process will only be initiated once the item is returned and delivered to our facility incase of return)

Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective product.
3. Proof of Defect and Condition for Return
If you believe the item you received is defective and not damaged during transit, we require proof of the defect to proceed with your return or refund request:

Video of the Outer Packaging: Please provide a video showing the condition of the outer packaging when you received it.

Unboxing Video: A video of the unboxing is mandatory to ensure that the damage or defect was not caused during transit.

The unboxing video must clearly show the condition of the item as it is removed from the packaging.

If the product appears to be damaged during transit, please refer to our section on "Damages During Transit."

Failure to provide these videos may result in the return request being denied.
4. Damages During Transit and Loss in Transit

Damages During Transit: We take great care to securely package our products, but we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. If an item is damaged during shipping, it must be reported immediately along with the required videos as described above.

Loss in Transit: We are not responsible for any items lost during transit. If your order is lost, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, follow these steps:

A video of the outer packaging showing its condition upon receipt.

A video of the unboxing that clearly shows the product’s condition as it is taken out of the packaging.

Photos of the product (if necessary).

Your order number and a description of the issue.

Return Authorization: If your request is approved after reviewing the videos and issue, we will send you a Return Authorization and detailed instructions for returning the product.
6. Shipping Fees

Return Shipping Costs: If your return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when a defective or incorrect item is shipped.
7. Partial Payments & Cancellations

If you make a partial payment and wish to cancel your order, we offer a refund according to the following terms:

If you cancel your order within 3 days after placing it, we will refund up to 80% of the amount paid. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover restocking and listing costs.

If you cancel after 3 days, you may be eligible for a refund between 0% and 80%, depending on the order's status and any processing costs incurred.
