Thank you for shopping with Tinymetalwheels! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.

1. Return Policy

At Tinymetalwheels, we do not accept returns for most products, including cases where the item is defective, unless it is clearly determined that the defect was not caused during transit.

Return requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns: Returns are only accepted for products that are defective or damaged in a way that is not caused during transit. To qualify for a return or refund, you must provide proof that the product was defective when received, rather than damaged during shipping.

Non-Returnable Products: All products, once purchased, are non-returnable unless deemed defective and not caused by shipping.

This includes:

Opened or used products

Products not in their original packaging

Sale, discounted, or clearance items

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item and can provide evidence that the issue was present before shipping, we will issue a replacement (subject to product availability) or a full refund.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take up to 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

(Refund process will only be initiated once the item is returned and delivered to our facility in case of return.)

Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent the wrong or defective product.

 

3. Proof of Defect and Condition for Return

If you believe the item you received is defective and not damaged during transit, we require proof of the defect:

Video of the Outer Packaging: Showing the condition upon receipt

Unboxing Video (Mandatory):

Must start from a sealed package

Must clearly show the condition of the product during unpacking

Additional Proof:

Photos of the product (if required)

Order details and issue description

If the product appears to be damaged during transit, please refer to our section on "Damages During Transit."

⚠️ Failure to provide these videos may result in the return request being denied.

 

4. Damages During Transit and Loss in Transit

Damage in Transit (DIT):

We take great care in packaging. Claims for transit damage will only be considered if supported with a proper unboxing video (from sealed package). Claims without valid proof will not be accepted.

Loss in Transit (LIT):

While we use trusted third-party courier partners, Tinymetalwheels covers loss in transit up to ₹1000 per shipment.

For orders exceeding ₹1000, any additional loss must be borne by the customer, unless shipping insurance is opted for.

Customers are strongly advised to opt for courier insurance for high-value orders.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out within 7 days of delivery at support@tinymetalwheels.in

Provide Required Videos and Details:

Outer packaging video

Unboxing video

Photos (if necessary)

Order number and issue description

Return Authorization:

If approved, we will share return instructions.

 

6. Shipping Fees

Return Shipping Costs: If your return is approved due to our error, we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent a defective or incorrect product.

 

7. Partial Payments & Cancellations

This policy applies to order cancellations after placing the order, including cases where partial payment has been made.

If you cancel your order:

Within 2 days: 100% refund of the amount paid

Within 3–5 days: Up to 80% refund, with up to 20% retained towards processing, restocking, and platform costs

After 5 days: Refund between 0%–80%, depending on:

Order processing status

Procurement/packing stage

Costs already incurred

 

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.

Once packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed and the return policy applies.

Repeated cancellations may lead to order restrictions or refusal of future orders.
