  • Payment must be completed within 3 days of order placement; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of the products.

  • We ship products through IndiaPost (regular parcel), and additional courier options are available upon request (such as Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart) with the customer bearing the extra charges.

  • Delivery times may vary based on the shipping service chosen and the destination. We aim to process and ship all orders promptly, but we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

 

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns are only accepted for defective products or products that do not match the description provided.
