Shipping Policy for Tinymetalwheels

Effective Date: 16th March 2025

 

Thank you for shopping with Tinymetalwheels! We are committed to delivering your diecast models securely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for more details on how we handle shipping.

 

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods

  • We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, Ekart, and XpressBees.

  • The courier partner is selected based on serviceability, speed, and delivery efficiency.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are pre-defined and displayed on the website at checkout.

  • Packing charges are already included within the shipping fee.

  • For Box Building / Hold Orders:

Shipping charges will be calculated and shared only when you request shipment.

  • The shipping fee must be paid before dispatch.

 

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Within Tamil Nadu: Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • All other regions: Estimated delivery in 4–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

Distance/location

Courier delays

External factors beyond our control

 

5. Courier Insurance & Liability

  • By default, Tinymetalwheels covers up to ₹1000 in case of Loss in Transit (LIT).

  • Damage in Transit (DIT) is strictly not covered.

  • For orders above ₹1000:

Any additional loss must be borne by the customer

Customers are strongly advised to opt for courier insurance (if available)

  • Tinymetalwheels does not provide or manage insurance. Insurance must be requested before dispatch and paid for by the customer.

 

6. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner.

 

7. Missing, Lost, or Incorrect Items

  • Loss in Transit (LIT): Covered only up to ₹1000 per shipment.

  • Damage in Transit (DIT):

No claims, refunds, or replacements will be provided.

  • Incorrect Item Received:

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery

A complete unboxing video (from sealed package) is mandatory

 

8. Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The product is defective, or

  • The wrong product was shipped

  • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.

  • Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed terms.
