Shipping Policy for Tinymetalwheels

Thank you for shopping with Tinymetalwheels! We are committed to delivering your diecast models securely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below for more details on how we handle shipping.

 

 

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We primarily ship using IndiaPost Regular Parcel. Shipping charges are calculated based on IndiaPost's tariff, and the rates vary depending on your location and the weight of the package. A small packing fee will be added to each order to cover the cost of boxes, tapes, and other packing materials.

  • If you prefer not to use IndiaPost, you can choose an alternative courier service, such as Delhivery, DTDC, or Ekart.

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs directly to us after placing your order. Once we receive your preferred courier service (mentioned in the order notes), we will calculate the shipping charges and inform you of the cost, which can be paid directly to us.

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order (for IndiaPost).

  • For alternate couriers, the shipping charges will be communicated to you after you place the order, and you will need to pay those charges directly to us.

  • A small packing fee will be added to each order to cover the cost of packing materials.

 

4. Courier Insurance

  • Some courier services, including IndiaPost, Delhivery, DTDC, and Ekart, may offer an optional insurance for the shipment. If you would like to insure your shipment, please contact us and inform us of your preference for insurance. The cost of the insurance will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the courier company.

  • Tinymetalwheels does not offer or manage insurance. If you choose to purchase insurance through the courier, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for it.

 

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email, so you can track your package through the chosen courier service.

 

6. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

  • Tinymetalwheels is not responsible for Loss in Transit (LIT) or Damage in Transit (DIT) caused by the shipping carrier, whether it's IndiaPost or any other courier service, unless you have opted for insurance through the courier service.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return and Refund Policy: In such cases, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for detailed information. We only offer refunds for defective products or products that do not match the description provided. To qualify for a refund, you must provide proof of the defect or discrepancy, including a video of the outer packaging and unboxing video.
